Summer at the Skyline begins this Thursday with the continued adventures of Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales followed by the last night for Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul. Starting Friday, Pirates will be joined by Aliens: Covenant! This Saturday also marks the return of our special Saturday night only Drive-Insanity!
Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales finds Jack Sparrow searching for the trident of Poseidon with ghost-pirates hot on his wake. Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul finds Greg and the rest of the Heffley family on a road-trip through, of all places, Indianapolis! Aliens: Covenant finds the crew of the colony ship, Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. Our Saturday night only, Drive-Insanity triple-feature, is Toga Party, aka Pelvis, a 1977 film about what else?
Because this is the Summer, remember that the Skyline will be open Thursday, yes this Thursday, Friday, Saturday AND Sunday! So 4 days a week the Skyline will be open! Our continued Summer celebration offers free kids admission with the purchase of every adult admission – Thursday ONLY!
Sunday’s mean the Skyline Prize Wheel! Visit the Skyline on Sunday, only, and look inside the handout given to you at the box office for a Golden Ticket – if you get one – you get to spin the Skyline Prize Wheel for free concessions, prizes or admissions!
WHAT?!? No winner! Nobody won 2 free passes to the Skyline for providing the correct answer that rocker Paul McCartney has a hilarious cameo in Dead Men Tell No Tales. Now I have to say, we got lots of Keith Richards answers – however Keefer does not appear in this Pirates installment.
This weeks trivia: In Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Paul McCartney’s character, Uncle Jack, tells Johnny Depp, aka Jack Sparrow, a joke – the same joke told to Depp in a prior movie of his – name it! Be 1st to reply to email@example.com to win 2 free passes to the Skyline!
This weeks SkyCafe special: A free side of french fries with every order of our tasty popcorn shrimp or fish sandwich!
This Wednesday, don’t forget, is Drive Sinsations at the Skyline – our last Wednesday of every month independent film screening. May’s Drive-Sinsations films are: She Kills and Night Of Something Strange. Admission is $10 or $25 a car….no one under 18 admitted.
With a week like this, how can you not make it out to the Skyline!
