IT’s A Stephen King Weekend As Skyline Scares Begins!

This weekend we usher in our yearly Skyline Scares with IT and Pet Sematary at your Skyline!

In the Town of Derry, Maine,  the local kids are disappearing one by one, leaving behind bloody remains. In a place known as ‘The Barrens’, a group of seven kids are united by their horrifying and strange encounters with an evil clown and their determination to kill IT. Behind a young family’s home in Maine is a terrible secret that holds the power of life after death. When tragedy strikes, the threat of that power soon becomes undeniable in Pet Sematary.

This weekend we have The Lego Ninjago Movie and Leap at your Skyline!

It’s that time of year again, time for Pandemonium Picture Show 2017. Dusk ’til Dawn Exploitation films all weekend hosted both nights by director Jeff Burr with special guests the Rocket Doll Revue on Saturday night!

In the past, we emailed a weekly newsletter but decided it was simpler and more direct to use the wonderful features of our website to communicate with Skyliners – so here it begins! For the uniformed the newsletter was something you had to sign up for with your email address and had information regarding goings-on at the Skyline, film information,  a coupon or secret word for a concessions discount as well as a trivia question for free passes; things we can certainly continue via the website.

On October 24th & 25th we will take a major step back in time with our screenings of Frankenstein (1931), Freaks (1932) and Spider Baby (1968). And as a bonus we will be showing UB Iwerks’ Skeleton Frolics (1937). In addition to that on Saturday October 25th we will also be showing Blackenstein (1973) plus having our annual trick or treating for the kiddies and a costume contest for kids and adults. Independent horror debuts at The Skyline October 2nd with WarBranch Productions’ Double feature directed by Terence Muncy. Come see Hell Walks The Earth & second feature Slice on the big screen outside at The Skyline. The box office opens at 7pm and admission for this special screening is $10. The first movie will start at 8pm. No one under 17 will be admitted due to the graphic nature of these films.
