It’s a comedy-filled weekend at the Skyline with the hilarious I Feel Pretty and the uproarious sequel Super Troopers 2! Amy Schumer stars as a woman struggling with insecurity whom wakes from a fall believing she is the most beautiful & capable woman on the planet. Her new confidence empowers her to live fearlessly, but what happens when she realizes her appearance never changed in I Feel Pretty. When a border dispute arises between the U.S. and Canada, the Super Troopers are called in and tasked with establishing a Highway Patrol station in the disputed area in Super Troopers 2.
It’s already started, the invariable question:”Why aren’t you showing Deadpool 2“? Let me explain. The movie studio requires a 3 week commitment to show Deadpool 2. Next weekend is the debut of Solo – which also carries a 3 week commitment. To show them together, after this weekend, would command 100%+ of the box office to the studios for two weekends, thus we would have to pay the studios all of the box office and some of what we make from concessions to show those movies – you can’t run a theater that way (especially if folks bring their own food in). So its a tough decision, and we decided that Solo would be the more logical choice to have over Memorial Day Weekend which pushes Deadpool 2 out to a June screening at the Skyline.
