Labor Day Weekend! Drive-In-Sanity! Indie Sinsations!

This Wednesday night we have a hell of an Indie Sinsations!  The acclaimed new horror/mystery film Summer of ’84 and last years comedy/horror Pool Party Massacre.  Summer Of ’84 is creating quite a buzz and we are the only theater’s in Indiana screening it. Don’t miss your chance to see it!

Open Friday & Saturday, plus a bonus day….Sunday! And as always on Sunday’s….$24/carload is back for the last time this season!

For this Labor Day, we chose to encore the biggest animated film of the year The Incredibles 2!  And to complete the super-hero themed weekend – we are finally screening Ant-Man & The Wasp…I know it seems like we showed it back in July, but we just couldn’t get the scheduling to work back then.

On Saturday night, it’s Drive In-Sanity…..35mm hi-jinks at the Skyline……last month was cancelled for the 1st time ever due to technical difficulties with our 35mm projector – but we think we’ve got all the bugs worked out and we are ready to screen again:  Drive-In (1976) & Speedtrap (1977).  So Saturday’s a dusk to dawn night….Incredibles 2, Ant-Man & The Wasp, Drive-In & Speedtrap….all in one long night and all for one low price!

And if that wasn’t enough…..Saturday, before the movies, we have the musical talents of Cody & Trevor on the Skyline Stage!

We have a winner!  After the Creature From The Black Lagoon trilogy ran its course, name the only other time the Creature showed up on camera!   Kevin Moss  correctly answered “The Munsters television program as “Uncle Gilbert“.  Kevin wins 2 free passes to the Skyline!

This weeks trivia: In Ant-Man & The Wasp, Dr. Bill Foster was also known as what super-hero in the comics?    Be 1st to reply to info@theskylinedrivein.com to win 2 free passes to the Skyline!!
