This weekend at your Skyline, we are heading back to 1968 for a double-dose of acid drenched psychedelia courtesy the Beatles & the Monkees! It’s the 50th anniversary theatrical re-release of Yellow Submarine and Head – remastered in 4K!!  Join John, Paul, George & Ringo aboard their Yellow Submarine as they travel to Pepperland to fight the Blue Meanies! Join Mike, Davy, Mickey & Peter as they travel….to…..to be honest, if you can ascertain the plot of Head you need to have your head checked!

One thing to add….on Friday night, Yellow Submarine screens first, but on Saturday night, Head screens first! Pay attention, we don’t need any whiners crying they didn’t know!!  This is so folks can attend the Fun 4, Beatles tribute concert at the Strand on Saturd...

We are excited to be opening on Friday march 25th for our 66th year. We are kicking things off in a big way with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice plus How To Be Single. Plus we will have our annual Easter Egg Hunt for kids on Saturday March 26th at 7:30pm. Also make sure you check out our vintage arcade. It’s called the Skycade and it’s even better than last year. We are looking forward to sharing another season of fun with you at the Skyline Drive-in Theater.

Here is the schedule with approximate times for our 4th annual Super Monster Movie Fest at The Skyline. We will also be slipping in some surprises each night. Both Friday and Saturday are real dusk till dawn shows and you can camp for free. You can bring your tent and spend a spooky night under the stars at the Skyline. Lexi Len & The Strangers make sweet, heartbreaker country. Lexi began playing shows at 8 years old when she would step up during the set breaks at her Daddy’s shows and proceed to break every heart in the house with her sweet voice. Now, she picks with an outfit of Bloomington, Indiana’s finest seasoned musicians. Mark Minnick (Crooked County, Mary Janes) locks down the drums and Ryan Payton (220 Breakers) rocks the bass. Nedfest 2015 runs from June 29th to July 1st. Each night we open at 7pm. Admission is only $5 and kids 11 and under are free.

Here’s what we have in store for you: Monday June 29th-Brandon Maddox on stage at 7:30pm then we will show the original car chase classic Gone in 60 seconds. Tuesday June 30th the Shelby County Sinners will be on stage at 7:30pm and then we will show the camp classic Plan 9 from outer space. 100% of our admission price goes to Canine Companions for Independence this Saturday. It’s a special night so it’s $25 per car load. Get as many dogs and people into your car as you can and come out and support this great cause. CCI will be there as well as Pet Pals TV. There will be treats for your dogs and draft beer from Broadripple brewery for you. Plus that great Skyline food including our fresh baked pizza. Bands are to be announced for our first annual Nedfest music festival.  Tickets will be available online and at the Skyline.  A three day pass will be available for $20.  Daily tickets are $10 at the gate.  There will be three hours of music each evening followed by special movie presentations.  Gates open at 6pm each night during Nedfest so come celebrate July 4th early.
