By This Weekend, It’ll Be The Biggest Movie Of All Time!

We are also happy to announce the return of Drive-InSanity – 2019!!  Saturday night, it’s a double, double-feature….dusk to dawn….after our 1st double feature – stay till morning for a 2nd double-feature. This Saturday stay all night and catch Simon, King of The Witches and the lost film Towing on glorious 35mm film!

This weekend – the most anticipated film in years: Avengers-Endgame hits the screen with a special early premier on Thursday night!  Our 2nd feature will be an encore presentation of: Captain Marvel. And of course, that double feature continues on Friday & Saturday.

Some folks have asked – why not Captain Marvel on screen first….most obvious is that nearly everyone has already seen Captain Marvel – in fact we showed it for 3 weeks…..more importantly  Endgame is 3+hrs long – making it off the screen at midnight screening first!

We love Halloween so much – we want to give it one more weekend…so we will be showing Goosebumps 2Venom this weekend!  That means we will be open through November – can you believe it?!  So the Skyline season isn’t over yet – not by a long shot…..Grinch….Wreck-It Ralph…..lots of movies still to come!

Labor Day Weekend! Drive-In-Sanity! Indie Sinsations!

This Wednesday night we have a hell of an Indie Sinsations!  The acclaimed new horror/mystery film Summer of ’84 and last years comedy/horror Pool Party Massacre.  Summer Of ’84 is creating quite a buzz and we are the only theater’s in Indiana screening it. Don’t miss your chance to see it!

This week we continue with what may just be the biggest movie of the Summer, Spider-man: Homecoming for our first feature,  as well as what just may be the biggest animated film of the year,  Despicable Me 3 for our second feature.   We had to make a tough choice last weekend by showing the animated film 2nd so we could screen the highly anticipated new movie first, but this weekend, we figured it’d make sense to get the animated film on screen first.

Not even Mother Nature Could Stop The Guardians From Saving the Galaxy!

So the super-cool, super-special advanced screening last Thursday night of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 didn’t happen due to record rainfall in the area- we were thinking this may have been the 1st time we had to close due to rain – and it almost stopped us the next day – but thanks to the concentrated efforts of the staff – we opened on Friday night, albeit a little late but frankly the night turned out to be quite pleasant for those that came out.

As for the headliner – Guardians is fantastic family fare, the audience response has been great, the reviews have been impeccable – so what better way to see such a spectacle than on the big screen of your Skyline Drive-In!
