It’s that time again, time for the Skyline’s biggest event of the season……Super Monster Movie Fest 2019!!

So what is it…..dusk to dawn monster movies Friday & Saturday night….that’s right, you live at the Skyline for 2 nights….watch 8 different movies over those 2 nights….Sammy Terry will be here the entire weekend…..

You may want to lock your car doors for our 1st feature! Loosely based on the 1986 arcade game, the Rock stars as a primatologist trying to stop three gargantuan mutated animals from cutting a swath of destruction across North America in, Rampage!  As for our 2nd feature, it’s another encore this weekend for Spielberg’s latest film as the creator of a virtual reality world called the OASIS dies, he releases a video in which he challenges OASIS users to find his Easter eggs which will give the finder his fortune in, Ready Player One.

We have a winner!  Ready Player One will forever be known for it’s Easter eggs, thus whom does the movie credit as creating the first?  Tyler Smith was 1st to correctly answer, again,  with Warren Robinett creator of the video game Adventure.  So Tyl...

It’s an encore this weekend for Spielberg’s latest film as the creator of a virtual reality world called the OASIS dies, he releases a video in which he challenges all OASIS users to find his Easter Egg, which will give the finder his fortune in Ready Player One. Our 2nd feature, 15:17 To Paris,  tells the story three Americans whom discover a terrorist plot aboard a train while in France.

We have a winner!  Ready Player One is only the 3rd Spielberg film not be scored by whom?  Tyler Smith was 1st to correctly answer….John Williams.  So Tyler gets 2 free passes to the Skyline….how easy was that!

This weekend’s double-feature begins as the creator of a virtual reality world called the OASIS dies, he releases a video in which he challenges all OASIS users to find his Easter Egg, which will give the finder his fortune in Ready Player One. Our 2nd feature, 12 Strong,  tells the story of the 1st special forces team deployed to Afghanistan after 9/11; under the leadership of a new captain, the team must work with an Afghan warlord to take down the Taliban.

We have NO trivia winner?!  Peter Rabbit is the 2nd live-action/CGI  hybrid film to have a rabbit character as the main protagonist – name the 1st?  No one was 1st to correctly answer….Hop.  So nobody gets 2 free passes to the Skyline…that’s crazy!
